Here's to New Adventures Retreat 2022 Fire and Ice

Curating small, intimate retreats is something that I have been dabbling in for 2021 and found a real passion for it. I connected with another like minded yogi who has become a soul sister to me. This remarkable human, Traci, whom is an author ( you can find her book on Amazon) https://www.amazon.com/Reclaim-Your-Wild-Strengthen-authentic/dp/1737136120/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2EMZ1MDADP26&keywords=reclaim+your+wild+book&qid=1642984207&sprefix=reclaim+your+wild+book%2Caps%2C77&sr=8-1

and the owner of Walk About Yoga in Milford, Connecticut, together we have decided to expand our retreats. Our first "big" retreat is at the end of February to Puerto Rico, which is sold out. WOOHOO!!! So we thought about what's next?

We both enjoy connecting with women in these all inclusive experiences were we can be your guides in transformation and connection to oneself. With that we've decided to go international for 2022. #packyourbags

We are pleased to announce we are heading to Iceland!!!

This retreat is 6 nights, 7 days in a beautiful icelandic home in the quaint town of Borgarnes. We are offering private and shared room accommodations this time so don't wait to book.

All food, drinks, yoga, excursions, fun are included in this retreat. From spending the day at the famous Blue Lagoon Spa, to the Golden Circle, Geysir, Gullfoss, Thingvellir National Park, the aurora borealis, to the capital of Reykjavik, we are doing it all. #allin
